Serving in a U.S. Military's Special Operations unit, Studebaker entered the real estate industry in 2002 after owning and operating two restaurants in the San Francisco area. Within just a few short years, Studebaker was KB Homes' #1 Net Sales Performer and created the sales manual still used by the organization.

Studebaker received his degree in Culinary Arts and Restaurant Management.
