Working in accounting, human resources, research and development, payroll and office management for a collection of private and public companies, Pedscalny joined Diamante Residences as the club's Operations Administration Manager and was responsible for many of the club's day to day operations.

Pedscalny is an avid marathon runner in her life away from the business world.
