Working primarily in the media market, Molin operates CareerTV.com, Universum Communications, Jungle Media Group, and Constellation Group.

Molin also has served in executive roles during many acquisitions. At Jobline International when it was sold to Monster.com in 2001. Campuz Mobile when sold in 2005 to Vodafone and Kenet Works in 2007 when it was sold to Yahoo.
