With more than 25 years of experience as a real estate investor, developer, and property manager, Mitchell took his knowlege and applied it to the shared ownership industry with the creation of The Crescent Club, offering fractional ownership of resort real estate.

Mitchell would go on to serve as President at Crescendo Residences, one of the destination club industry's leading equity based clubs, where he was tasked with investor procurement, portfolio management, service delivery, partnerships, financial management, and property acquisitions.

After several years of steady growth at Crescendo, Abercrombie & Kent acquired the club along with fellow equity club BelleHavens to form the foundation for their new venture, the Abercrombie & Kent Residence Club.
