Membership Plans
One of the easiest assortments of membership plans available in the destination club industry, Exclusive Resorts' members can choose between 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, and 60 night usage plans. Outside of the number of nights available to members, each membership plan provides the same level of world-class service that Exclusive Resorts' members have come to expect.
10 Day Membership
Exclusive Resorts introductory offering, members receive 10 nights of annual usage. Memberships are available for $160,000 and accompanying annual dues of $13,900 per year. Members are allowed one advanced reservation per year and can make space available reservations within 30 nights of the first night of travel.
20 Day Membership
Providing 20 nights of travel each year, members pay a one time membership deposit of $240,000 and annual dues of $19,900 per year. On a cost per night basis, factoring only annual dues per night of travel, the 20 Day Membership is the least expensive membership plan per night.
Members are allowed to make two advanced reservations and may make short term reservations up to 45 days in advance.
30 Day Membership
The Exclusive Resorts' 30 Day Membership requires a one time membership deposit of $310,000 to join. Members receive 30 nights of travel within the Exclusive Resorts' portfolio of properties and auxiliary travel options. Annual dues for the 30 Day Membership total $29,900 per year.
30 Day Members are able to reserve up to three advanced reservations and can make short term reservations up to 60 days in advance.
40 Day Membership
For a $380,000 membership deposit, members receive 40 nights of travel access each year within the Exclusive Resorts' portfolio and other partnerships including the club's Once in a Lifetime program. Annual dues for the 40 Day Membership total $39,900 each year.
Members are allotted four advanced reservations throughout the year and can make short term reservations up to 75 days prior to the date of travel.
50 Day Membership
Exclusive Resorts' penultimate offering, members are allotted 50 nights of annual travel. Members pay a one time membership fee of $440,000 and accompanying annual dues of $49,900 per annum.
Members are allowed to make up to five advanced reservations and have a short term reservation window of 90 days.
60 Day Membership
Exclusive Resorts' highest membership plan, members receive 60 nights of annual usage. Members pay a one time membership deposit of $500,000 and annual dues of $59,900. Factoring in annual dues and the non-refundable portion of the $500,000 membership deposit, the 60 Day Membership is the least expensive Exclusive Resorts' offering on a cost per night basis.
Members can make up to six advanced reservations and can make space available reservations up to 90 days in advance of the date of travel.
Each membership can add extended family usage for $19,000 and a 10% increase to annual dues. Membership plans that include 20 or more nights of annual usage can also make holiday reservations by paying a one-time fee on top of their membership deposit.
