A common theme at nearly every destination club is how are the peak periods of use during Christmas, New Year's, and Thanksgiving handled.

Each club in the industry has a slightly different concept on how these dates should be accessed, and the pioneering Exclusive Resorts has their own unique mentality for peak period travel.

Exclusive Resorts offers six different membership plans, each increasing 10 days, up to 60 nights of annual usage. For membership plans that have 20 or more nights of usage annually, a member can elect to have access to these peak holiday periods by paying a non-refundable fee.

Select Holiday

By paying a one-time fee of $49,000, members have advanced rights to book travel during the periods of Spring Break, the 4th of July, or Thanksgiving, for the life of their membership.

Peak Holiday

By paying a one-time fee of $99,000, members have advanced rights to book travel during the periods of Christmas, New Year's, President's Day, or any of the Select Holiday weeks, for the life of their membership.
