Membership Pricing

Limited to accredited investors, Equity Estates will offer membership in their equity destination club to just 300 full members. In 2021, the club will begin selling their collection of 43 to 50 elite properties and distribute the proceeds to members.

Equity Estates offers two different membership plans: Full and Half Memberships.

While each are popular options within the club, both provide for different levels of usage, have different pricing, and resignation policies.

Full Membership

Full members pay a one-time capital contribution of $350,000 to join the club. Members are provided with 30 nights of annual access to the growing Equity Estates' properties.

Full members looking to resign their membership receive 92.5% of the current value of their membership and can make their reservations as far in advance as they wish, but cannot exceed 23 nights of reservations at one time.

Half Membership

Half members make a capital contribution of $185,000 to join Equity Estates. Members are allowed 15 nights of annual access.

Half Memberships can be redeemed for 92.5% of the current value of the membership, but pay a non-refundable $10,000 administration fee. Half members can make their reservations as far in advance as they wish, but cannot exceed 11 nights of reservations at one time.
