Annual Dues

One of the fastest growing equity based destination clubs in the sector, Equity Estates offers two different membership plans to join the club: Full and Half memberships.

Full Membership

Full members within Equity Estates receive 30 nights of annual usage at the club's ever growing collection of luxury vacation properties.

Members pay $16,500 per year in annual dues.

Half Membership

For $9,250 per year in annual dues, Equity Estates half members are provided 15 nights of annual access to the club's properties.

Both the Full and Half Memberships are only available to accredited investors due to Equity Estates' structure as a private offering.
