Resignation and Redemption

Planning on existing for just 12 years and limited to just 168 members, Dream Circle Destinations is the first destination club to be based out of South Africa.

After the 12 years of operation, Dream Circle Destinations will liquidate the club's real estate holdings and use the proceeds to repay members their initial capital contribution. Members will also see a portion of the additional proceeds netted by the club.

For members that want to reisgn their membership prior to the liquidation date, Dream Circle Destinations will "endeavor to sell their membership at the prevailing value." Members will receive 80% of the resale price on a one in, one out basis. Members must remain with the club for a minimum of two years to be eligible for redemption.
