Planning to exist for 12 years, Dream Circle Destinations plans to liquidate their targeted 25 properties and repay members their membership deposit and a portion of the sale's proceeds.
Based out of South Africa, Dream Circle Destinations is an equity based destination club, planning on acquiring just 168 elite members. Members pay a one time membership fee and annual dues to access the club's collection of vacation homes for 32 nights of travel each year.
Still in their founding membership phase, Dream Circle has yet to acquire their ultimate 25 properties, but has built a growing collection of luxury vacation residences in the ZAR$10 to $20 million range. Homes average over 5,000 square feet.
