The first destination club to be based out of South Africa, Dream Circle Destinations takes an equity focus in the creation of their club.

Planning to be in operation for 12 years, Dream Circle plans on acquiring 25 luxurious properties available exclusively to the club's 168 members. At the end of 12 years, the club will liquidate the real estate holdings and repay members their membership deposit required to join the club and a portion of the proceeds from the sale.

Date: November 12, 2007
Planning to assemble a collection of 25 exclusive vacation homes, Dream Circle Destinations will become the first destination club to launch out of South Africa. The club will sell these properties after 12 years and repay members their initial deposits required to join and allow them to partake in the club's profits from the real estate liquidation.
