Based out of South Africa with a regional focus, Dream Circle Destinations has designed their holiday reservation plan around the South African school schedule.

According to the club's Ian Beauchampt, "Peak periods are identified and correspond with South African school vacation periods, mainly April for four weeks and December for four weeks."

During these dates, the club identifies 10 day blocks of time and circulate them to members. Members request their top three options, including the dates and destinations, and the club uses historical data to allocate the club's properties fairly.
