Dream Catcher Retreats
Usage

When Dream Catcher Retreats merged with Quintess in September of 2006, the club had just over 100 members and 20 luxury vacation properties. This approximate five member to one residence ratio provided members with superb availability across much of the club's portfolio, so much so that Dream Catcher publicly released their availability statistics for each of their homes on the club's public website. Despite the low member to property ratio, Dream Catcher published that they planned to "maintain a ratio of no more than eight members to each home."

Based on the club's publicly released data about availability within the club, the most reserved property still was available 30% of the year. The club's least reserved property had an unbelievable 94% availability.

Dream Catcher had four primary membership plans, each with their own structure and benefits.

Across all four plans, members could make advanced reservations between 180 and 365 days in advance of the arrival date and space available reservations seven to 179 days in advance.
