Dream Catcher Retreats
Properties

Launched in April of 2005, Dream Catcher Retreats' members had access to 12 luxurious properties when the club officially entered the destination club sector.

One of the few clubs to see success virtually out of the gates, Dream Catcher would go on to increase their property portfolio to 20 properties by September of 2006, including:

  • Amelia Island
  • Beaver Creek
  • Big Island
  • Los Cabos - 2 Properties
  • Canouan
  • Jackson Hole
  • Kiawah Island
  • La Quinta
  • London
  • Manhattan - 2 Properties
  • Maui
  • Napa Valley
  • Naples
  • Palisades Creek
  • Scottsdale
  • Telluride
  • Pinehurst
  • Turks & Caicos

In September of 2006, Dream Catcher would merge with Quintess. Dream Catcher's 20 properties joined with the Quintess collection of 17 properties and a yacht to give the club an estimated $110 million in real estate assets.

Prior to the merger, Dream Catcher properties typically averaged 4,700 square feet, not including metropolitan destinations.

The club's properties remain within the Quintess, Leading Residences of the World portfolio and are one of the many reasons that Quintess remains one of the largest clubs in the sector.
