One of the leading destination clubs in the industry, Dream Catcher Retreats quickly surpassed the 100 member before ultimately joining with Quintess. Quintess and Dream Catcher would also merge with a young destination club called Leading Residences of the World to form the club as it is currently constituted, Quintess, Leading Residences of the World.

Prior to their merger, Dream Catcher Retreats had two notable, and rather unique, partnerships.

A powerhouse in the National Football League, the New England Patriots partnered with Dream Catcher Retreats, offering their Premium Seating members "exclusive viewings" of Dream Catcher Retreats' portfolio and were offered a "exclusive special value membership offer."

Dedicated to helping provide weight management products and nutritional benefits, Herbalife had their collection of products at Dream Catcher Retreat's properties.
