Dream Catcher Retreats Membership Pricing
Before merging with Quintess, Dream Catcher Retreats offered four different membership plans, each with a unique focus.
15 Day Membership Plan
The $200,000 15 Day Plan not surprisingly allowed members 15 days of travel annually and functioned essentially as an introductory membership, allowing members the opportunity to enjoy the destination club experience for a discounted rate. Dream Catcher allowed 15 Day members the ability to upgrade to the Unlimted Membership Plan within 18 months of joining without penalty.
Members were allowed to reserve up to 15 additional nights beyond their 15 night limit for $650 per night within 30 nights of the first night of arrival.
Golf Membership Plan
For $165,000, the Golf Membership Plan was the least expensive membership type within the Dream Catcher in terms of the initial membership deposit. Much like the 15 Day Membership, Golf members were provided 15 nights of annual travel, but for $35,000 less than the 15 Day Membership.
Unlike the 15 Day Membership, Golf members were only allowed to reserve five days beyond their 15 night limit rather than 15, also for $650 per night. Golf members were provided with a surplus of extra services, including green fees for the member and associate member and a complimentary chef twice per year. Like the 15 Day Membership, Golf members could upgrade to the Unlimited Membership Plan within 18 months of joining.
Corporate Membership Plan
For $375,000, Corporate members could travel for 30 days per year and could reserve up to an additional 10 days of travel each year within 30 days of the first night's stay for $1,100.
The primary benefit of the Corporate Membership was that it could be used by guests of the primary member, including "Officers, Directors, Senior Business Development Executives and accompanied guests."
Unlimited Membership Plan
For a refundable $325,000, Dream Catcher members could travel virtually unlimitedly each year. While the Unlimited Membership Plan did provide for unlimited travel, it did require a bit of knowledge on the front end about how much you planned to travel that given year. Unlimited members were provided with 30 nights of base plan usage. In addition to the 30 provided nights, Dream Catcher published that "at the start of the calendar year, up to 30 additional days can be purchased for $500/day. Thereafter, at $750/day."
The Unlimited Membership was the only membership that guaranteed members holiday access, using a rotating lottery system. To learn more, please visit our Dream Catcher Retreats Holiday Access page.
