Dream Catcher Retreats
Membership Plans

Prior with their merger with Quintess to form Quintess, Catch the Dream and eventually Quintess, Leading Residences of the World after joining with the small destination club Leading Residences of the World, Dream Catcher Retreats offered four different membership levels.

15 Day Membership Plan

The accurately titled 15 Day Plan allowed members 15 days of travel annually and functioned essentially as the club's introductory membership, allowing new members the opportunity to enjoy the destination club experience. Members could upgrade to the Unlimted Membership Plan within 18 months.

Members were allowed to reserve up to 15 additional nights beyond their 15 night limit for $650 per night within 30 nights of the first night of arrival.

Prior to the merger with Quintess, 15 Day Memberships were sold for $200,000 with accompanying annual dues of $10,150.

Golf Membership Plan

Offering 15 nights of annual travel as well, the Golf Membership actually was significantly less expensive to join than the 15 Day Membership. While the 15 Day Membership was offered at $200,000 to join, Dream Catcher's Golf Membership was available for $165,000. Despite the fact that both offered 15 nights of travel, the annual dues for the Golf Membership were much higher than the 15 Day Membership; $17,500 annually compared to $10,150.

The annual dues delta did provide members with a surplus of extra services, including green fees for the member and associate member and a complimentary chef twice per year. Like the 15 Day Membership, Golf members could upgrade to the Unlimited Membership Plan within 18 months of joining.

Golf members were only allowed to reserve five days extra beyond their 15 night limit, also for $650 per night.

Corporate Membership Plan

For $375,000 and annual dues of $25,650 per year, Corporate members could travel for 30 days per year and could reserve up to an additional 10 days of travel each year within 30 days of the first night's stay for $1,100.

The primary benefit of the Corporate Membership was that it could be used by guests of the primary member, including "Officers, Directors, Senior Business Development Executives and accompanied guests."

Unlimited Membership Plan

While the Unlimited Membership Plan did provide for unlimited travel, it required a bit of knowledge on the front end about how much you planned to travel that given year. Unlimited members were provided with 30 nights of base plan usage. "At the start of the calendar year, up to 30 additional days can be purchased for $500/day. Thereafter, at $750/day."

Unlimited Memberships were sold for $325,000 with annual dues of $18,150 per year. Unlimited members were also entitled to one guaranteed holiday each year. Holidays for Dream Catcher were:

• New Year's Day
• Presidents' Day
• Easter (Three Separate Weeks)
• July 4th
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving
• Christmas

Each membership plan used the same resignation policies.
