Launched in April of 2005, Dream Catcher Retreats offered members access to 12 luxury properties. This strong foundation helped Dream Catcher grow quickly past the 100 member mark.

In September of 2006, less than 18 months after their official launch, Dream Catcher and Quintess merged their two clubs. The combined clubs counted over 230 members, now under the brand of Quintess, Catch The Dream.

Later in the year, Quintess, Catch The Dream would merge with Leading Residences of the World, a young destination club with a partnership with Leading Hotels of the World. The new Quintess, Leading Residences of the World was created and provided the foundation for the club today, still one of the leaders in terms of members in the destination club sector.
