Striving to let luxury travelers the ability to enjoy the destination club experience with less risk, Distinctive Holiday Homes allows members the ability to resign their membership in the first year and receive 100% of their membership deposit back.

Memberships following the first year can be transferred back to the club on a one in, one out basis, where one member exiting the club is replaced by one member joining the club. Members resigning their membership after the first year receive 80% of their membership fee refunded to them.
