Diamante Residences
Usage

Diamante Residences offered members five different membership plans, ranging between 12 and 50 nights of annual usage. Each of the plans defined the number of advanced reservations available to members and the number of space available reservations allowed.

All but the club's lowest membership offering, the Excelsior plan, allowed members to travel on an unlimited basis, subject to availability and the club's rules and regulations. Members could make unlimited space available reservations as long as the property they wanted to travel to was available and the reservation was made no more than 30 days in advance of the first night's stay.

Diamante modeled their club's occupancy level not to exceed 70%. This percentage was determined by taking the total days booked on an annual basis, excluding the next 30 days.

If Diamante exceeded this 70% benchmark, they pledged to acquire additional properties to help satisfy demand.

Unfortunately, Diamante Residences was unable to progress past their first property and elected to cease operations just months after their launch.
