Annual Dues

A very young destination club that halted their launch late in 2008, Diamante Residences was so new that the club's annual dues had not been completely finalized. Annual dues across all club levels were projections, with an asterisk stating "Estimates only. These will be finalized on membership acceptance."

Excelsior Membership

Allowing for 12 nights of travel annually, Excelsior Memberships included projected annual dues of $8,000 per year.

Florentine Membership

Florentine members were allotted 21 nights of travel each year in addition to unlimited space available reservations for $13,000 in estimated annual dues.

Jubilee Membership

Diamante's "Two Family" Membership, the Jubilee Membership included 40 nights of annual travel and unlimited space available reservations with accompanying annual dues of $24,000 per year.

Tiffany Membership

The club's "Corporate" Membership, Tiffany was very similar to Diamante's Jubilee Membership. Both offered members 40 nights of annual travel and unlimited space available reservations but required $29,000 each year in annual dues, $5,000 higher than Diamante's other 40 night plan.

Regent Membership

Diamante's highest membership plan with 50 nights of annual usage, plus unlimited space available reservations, Regent members paid annual dues of $22,000, less expensive than both the Jubilee and Tiffany Memberships that provided 40 nights of annual travel.
