Destinos Exclusivos modeled their structure off the successful non-equity models used early in the tenures of clubs such as Exclusive Resorts and Private Escapes. Looking to be the first destination club to launch in Mexico, Destinos Exclusivos went through much of their launch but ultimately elected to discontinue their new club.

As the club never officially launched, details regarding the club are unknown, including how members could access the club.

If history is any indication, the two most notable usage structure at the time were a set number of nights each year and unlimited usage annually.
