One of the few components of Destinos Exclusivos that were released was a limited assortment of where the young destination club was considering adding properties.

The club planned to focus their real estate acquisitions regionally, with a focus on the Mexico market. The club planned to acquire properties in Ixtapa and Marina Real in their first waive of acquisitions. Destinos Exclusivos planned to also acquire properties in the US market, including New York City and Miami, to expand their reach into the American demographic.

After creating a general outline of the club's membership, Destinos Exclusivos elected to not move forward with the club and the club's property portfolio remained just a concept.
