Creating their club with a focus on the US destination club model, Destinos Exclusivos planned to be the first destination club launched in Mexico.

The club progressed through the concept phase, identifying potential destinations available to members, but ultimately, Destinos Exclusivos elected not to move forward. None of the granular details of the club and its membership structure was released, including any partnerships the club planned to have.
