Destinos Exclusivos
A small destination club that never grew much past the launch stage, Destinos Exclusivos targeted the upper crust of the Mexican demographic. Formed in 2004, the club looked to translate the highly successful destination club model to its clientele in Mexico.
Looking to focus on its Mexican audience, resort real estate and luxury vacation homes in some of Mexico's finest areas were targeted, including Marina Real and Ixtapa, very similar to the model utilized by Signature Destinations. The club augmented their Latin focus with properties in New York and Miami, according to their website.
Unfortunately, the potential audience failed to emerge and the club faded into the history of the destination club industry.
With clubs emerging all over the world, it is only a matter of time before another enters the Mexico market, looking to further the progress that Destinos Exclusivos started during the early generation of destination clubs.
