Crescent Club
Usage

Each home within the Crescent Club portfolio was co-owned by six members. Each of these deeded interests provided members a total of 56 nights of annual usage between the entire collection of luxury vacation homes within the club.

These 56 nights were divided into two categories: Planned Vacation Periods and Space Available Reservations. Each member had 28 nights of Planned Vacation Periods, 14 nights in the winter and 14 nights in the summer, that were given priority access and usually planned well in advance of the stay. The remaining 28 nights of annual usage were Space Available Reservations, typically more near term vacations where the property desired had not yet been reserved by another member.

Member were able to exceed their 56 night limit on an unlimited basis, subject to availability and the clubs reservation policies.

If multiple member requested the same property during a given time period, the club used a "Rotating Priority Reservation System" to determine which of the members would receive access to the residence.

Members were required to make their reservations in seven day increments, but were able to extend their stay day by day as long as the property was not reserved by another member.

While occupancy appears high, Crescent only offered one membership plan, effectively creating parity between all members. Although the club was launched over a decade ago, only a handful of destination clubs today offer membership plans that include more nightly usage that Crescent.
