Resignation and Redemption

As the Crescent Club has long been out of business, the club's resignation policy is not definitively known, nor disclosed in the club's public materials, but as members were deeded owners of the properties, we suspect it functioned much like a timeshare where members were free to sell their membership, probably with the club having the right of first refusal. This is similar in concept to what is used at the Ritz-Carlton Destination Club.
