The Crescent Club not only provided members access to a collection of luxury vacation properties, but also a deeded interest in the club's properties. Founded in 1999, this concept pioneered by Crescent of attaching an equity interest to the membership has gained increased interest in recent years with leading destination clubs Abercrombie & Kent Residence Club, the Ritz-Carlton Destination Club, and Rocksure Property have all emerged with models where members have some form of ownership of the club or its properties.

Each Crescent Club member was a one sixth deeded owner of one of the club's properties. Crescent would go on to have properties in Vail, Steamboat Springs, Scottsdale, and Los Cabos, each valued at approximately $1.5 million.
