One of the first destination clubs in the industry, although often grouped inside the fractional ownership category, Crescent Club allowed members access to a collection of luxury vacation homes and a deeded interest in those properties.

Founded by Joseph Mitchell, Crescent is no longer in operation. Fortunately, Mitchell would take his time at Crescent and apply his experience to help create Crescendo Residences, another equity destination club.

After several years of success, Crescendo would be acquired by Abercrombie & Kent to help provide the foundation for their new venture, the Abercrombie & Kent Residence Club.
