Membership Pricing

Like virtually all other destination clubs, the Crescent Club increased their prices over time. The club's last published membership was offered for $370,000, but during the club's history, membership interests ranged between $345,000 and $400,000.

Unlike other destination clubs of the era who largely sold "right to use memberships," where the club member had no ownership in the club or its properties, the Crescent Club worked more like a fractional ownership offering. Each Crescent Club member was a one sixth owner in one of the club's properties but had full access to the entire club's collection of $1.5 million vacation homes.
