The precursor to Crescendo Residences, the Crescent Club would acquire one property for every six members, each owning a one sixth deeded interest in the property. Each member was allotted 56 nights of travel annually. Although each member was provided 56 nights of annual usage, members could exceed this amount if properties were available, subject to the club's rules and regulations.

Like many other destination clubs, the Crescent Club routinely made modifications to their pricing, varying between $345,000 and $400,000 to join. Annual dues followed a similar structure, but with far less variance, beginning at $10,000 per year and transitioning to $12,500 per year for most of the club's tenure.
