Crescent Club
Members

Founded in 1999, the Crescent Club's only rival within the destination club sector was Private Retreats. Created a year prior to Crescent, Private Retreats offered members a right to use membership where members did not have any ownership in the club. Crescent Club modified the destination club model and aligned it more with the fractional ownership concept.

Each Crescent Club member was a one sixth deeded owner in one of the club's $1.5 million properties.

Based on the club's property list and their structure of six owners per property, it appears that the Crescent Club had approximately 30 member owners.

The executives at Crescent would go on to create the similarly titled Crescendo Residences with a similar club model. In time, Crescendo would be acquired alongside BelleHavens, another equity destination club, to form the foundation for the Abercrombie & Kent Residence Club.
