Crescent Club Documents
Launched approximately a year after Private Retreats, the pioneer of the destination club concept, The Crescent Club would blur the lines between destination club and fractional ownership. In fact, The Crescent Club would even dedicate a page on their website comparing their club to the traditional "membership club."
"Only a fortunate few will have the opportunity to own a unique slice of the world. Welcome to Crescent Club," the club would right. Each member was a one sixth deeded owner in one of the club's properties.
Based on this structure, the club was limited in their marketing efforts and little information was made publicly known outside of the high level overview of the club structure.
In time, the executives would create Crescendo Residences, a similarly designed destination club that would enjoy a great deal of success as one of the destination club industry's leading equity clubs.
Eventually, Crescendo Residences would be acquired alongside another successful equity club named BelleHavens to form the foundation for the Abercrombie & Kent Residence Club.
