Crescent Club
Annual Dues

One of the earliest clubs to enter the recent version of the shared ownership industry, the Crescent Club blurs the line between a destination club and a fractional ownership interest. Members were deeded owners of the club's real estate, but also had access to multiple vacation homes. A decade later, this model again would be used with the creation of the Ritz-Carlton Destination Club.

Each year, the club's member/owners paid dues of approximately $12,500 per year that provided members 56 nights of usage per year.
