Membership Pricing

After having metallic themed membership plans early in their time in the destination club industry, Crescendo Residences eventually moved forward with three membership plans allowing between 18 and 40 nights of travel annually.

Family

Allowing for 18 nights of annual travel, Crescendo Residences' Family Membership required a $225,000 capital contribution.

Family Premium

Nearly double the Family Membership allotment of usage, Family Premium Members could travel for 35 nights per year for a capital contribution of $350,000.

Corporate

The club's highest membership plan, Corporate Memberships cost $400,000 and allowed members to travel 40 nights per year.
