Usage

While the final usage rules and models have yet to be announced for Compass Destination Clubs, their model likely will allow for unlimited annual usage.

While other destination clubs across the industry have one centralized portfolio of properties, all owned and/or managed by the club, Compass Destinations Clubs works with residential developers and creates their portfolio by using unused occupancy at the developers' properties.

Members of Compass receive discounts at these properties, according to the club's introductory press release, 50% off the published rates.

As long as the developers have excess inventory, members would theoretically be able to travel on an unlimited basis, paying the nightly rate for each day they are in residence.
