Marketing primarily to the well heeled individuals who were worth in excess of $30 million, Ciel's annual dues also followed the ultra-luxury mentality that existed throughout the club at every level. The club's annual dues of between $65,000 and $100,000 were more than the membership deposit required to join various other big name clubs in the destination club industry.

Ciel's five to one member to property ratio remains one of the lowest ratios in the history of the destination club sector.
