Capricorne Villas takes a far different approach to their travel club than most other destination clubs. Rather than charging a refundable membership deposit and annual dues, Capricorne Villas simply charges members a per night fee for every night they use the club's residences. Rates vary based on the property selected and the dates of travel, with higher accessed and popular residences and peak travel dates, especially holidays, requiring a larger per night fee.
