Resignation and Redemption

Still in their Charter Membership phase, members who join are entitled to 100% of the future value of their membership on a one in, one out basis. Once the Charter Membership offering concludes, members will receive 90% of the then current value of their membership.

Late in 2008, Botiga announced that they would delay their official public launch to further take advantage of decreased real estate values. The club has yet to make an official announcement about when they may return from the sector, but the Charter Membership is still available.
