Resignation and Redemption

Abercrombie & Kent Residence Club's resignation policy function the same across all of the club's membership plans. Members receive 80% of the then-current value of their membership, with a cap at 100% of the initial capital contribution within the first five years.

For example, the 15 Night Membership Plan is currently offered at $225,000. If a member would join today at that rate and the club increased the amount to $275,000 over the next three years, the member would be entitled to 80% of $275,000, or $220,000.

Like nearly all other destination clubs in the industry, the club works on a "three in, one out" membership resignation policy that requires three new members to join for one existing member to get redeemed.
