Officially launched in September of 2008, Abercrombie & Kent Residence Club cemented themselves with a strong membership base after the acquisitions of leading equity destination clubs Crescendo Residences and BelleHavens.

The club now has over 150 members and is one of the top five destination clubs in terms of total members in the industry.

Based on the club strucuture, members own the club and the club owns the real estate.
